Storm Shadow was the second figure released in Hot Toys' G.I. Joe: Retaliation Movie Masterpiece Series. It was announced on January 2, 2013 and then fully revealed on Feburary 5, 2012, and went up for pre-order through Sideshow Collectibles, the official North American distribution partner for all things Hot Toys, the next morning. Storm Shadow began shipping the following July.
