COBRA COMMANDER has always believed that vast wealth will give him his greatest desire: limitless power. But lately, he has come to realize that he must first achieve complete control over every nation on Earth. Once he holds the world in his fist, the money will be his to enjoy. He used technological sabotage to bring the world to its knees, and demanded that every country turn over control to him. His hunger for power and wealth have utterly corrupted him, to the point where he will easily obliterate cities without even a twitch of remorse. "Do not move against me. Do not disobey me. Do as I command and you will receive unimaginable rewards."
The wave 13 version of Cobra Commander is almost an entirely new sculpt (only the arms are reused) and is from the upcoming "G.I. Joe: Resolute" webisodes, which will focus on a much more realistic, mature-themed G.I. Joe and Cobra conflict than earlier animated versions. In the series, Cobra Commander will be far more diabolical than seen previously, as he will attempt to wage wars that aim to turn international governments against one another, and against themselves. With an ultra-modern Cobra army ready and awaiting his every command, the G.I. Joe team --as well as the entire world-- appears to be in constant peril. Resolute Cobra Commander comes with a pistol, sword, helmet, and stand.
