Comments: From the smash hit anime series Bakemonogatari comes the second in a series of Ani*Statues, the ghost Mayoi Hachikuji! Forever trying to complete her journey to her mother’s house, the young girl met up with Koyomi and eventually reached her destination. Always on the move, Mayoi trudges along determinedly, clutching the straps to her plush animal-inspired overstuffed backpack. She wears a school girl outfit with a white short-sleeved shirt, bowtie, high socks, and a pink suspendered skirt with matching shoes. Mayoi has lots of unique details including a bandage on her knee, embroidered cherries on her skirt, a bracelet, headband, and leafy hair decorations! While her whole body is in motion, the ghost girl stares straight ahead toward her destination, a slight smile on her lips.
Sculpted by Koei Matsumoto, Mayoi stands 7 ½ inches tall (1/8th scale) and is constructed of high-quality pvc plastic. The Mayoi Hachikuji hits the shelves in January 2011. |
