Procrustus is a four-armed giant whose only appearance in Masters of the Universe lore was in the mini-comic titled The Magic Stealer. While the character's appearance was forgettable, it was an ideal opportunity for Mattel to put its giant body--previously issued with Titus and Megathor--to use. The evolved giant body features an updated sculpt and biceps articulation as well as the second pair of arms, unique to Procrustus.
