Marvel.com has announced this year's new Digital Comics subscription exclusive action figure in Hasbro's Marvel Universe will be decided by a vote. The choices are a repaint of Archangel in his X-Force costume, a kit-bash of "Moonstone" Ms. Marvel, or a brand-new Norman Osborn in his H.A.M.M.E.R. uniform.

Hmmm....easy choice. Head on over to Marvel.com and place your vote for Norman Osborn. At least that will have a new head sculpt.
