NECA: Quarter Scale Danny DeVito Penguin Action Figure Shipping And Poster Download

NECA's new Batman Returns 1/4 scale Danny DeVito Penguin action figure starts shipping to retailers this week, and in celebration the NECA Blog has made available a very cool "Cobblepot for Mayor" mini-poster for download! Follow the previous link to download the poster and while you're at it, check out some new in-package photos of the Penguin, while the figure is available now in limited quantities direct from the NECA Store on eBay and Amazon!
