Initially revealed during the 2012 San Diego Comic-Con Hasbro Preview Night, this Ultimate Captain America action figure utilizes the "Face-off" Punisher body, but includes new accessories such as boots, gloves, vest, belt, and a non-removable pistol within his holster. Cap's shield also sports revamped paint applications.

This version of Commander Rogers does not include a part of the Hit Monkey Build-A-Figure. The first wave of Hasbro's 2013 Marvel Legends series began shipping in February 2013.
