Hasbro’s G.I. Joe: The Pursuit Of Cobra action figure collection takes the concepts and general designs from the Rise Of Cobra line to the next level. Released in September 2010, the second wave included figures based on Destro, Dusty, Jungle-Viper, Recondo, Zartan, and a second version of Snake Eyes. This wave carries the same level of detail and paint design as the first wave, and throws in a couple of action features, including a swing kick action for the Snake Eyes and a water shooting gun for Destro. In both cases, the added features do not detract from the figure's silhouette.

Accessories and Action Features:
Recondo's backpack has two Solar Panels that clip on to the top of his back pack. In addition, the backpack features a spring loaded rope that quickly recoils when the red button on the back is pushed.
To help hold all the pack in gear, the Recondo figure's axes can be clipped to the sides of his vest and the tribal ceremonial mask fits over the red button on his backpack.
