Based on the same timeless mold as the vintage 1982 VAMP jeep, this is the quintessential G.I. Joe Team transport and the first vehicle capable of accommodating more than one Joe in the vintage A Real American Hero toy line. Albeit retooled, this version of the VAMP includes removable tools and accessories, which were previously molded onto the toy itself. Among them are a shovel, plastic gear pack, and gas cans. As with the vintage toy, the steering wheel can be removed entirely as can the roll cage. Soon to be repainted, reequipped, and renamed as the Cobra 4WD Stinger jeep, Hasbro has always found a use for this mold throughout G.I. Joe's rich toy history, a tradition that will continue with the modern era 3 3/4" line.
