The motto of the COBRA BAZOOKA TROOPER for is, "Simple gets the job done…with a bang." These basic infantry troopers are given the bare minimum in combat training, handed a rocket launcher and sent into the field to fire at anything that gets between them and their destination. Their rocket-propelled grenades are simple yet effective, capable of blasting through even explosive reactive armor on advanced battle vehicles. They take pride in the simplicity of their weapons and quietly scorn the higher-ranking troopers with their technologically complex systems. "Data input, digitized logistics, coordinate computation…who needs it? Let the techies play with their toys. It's simple really: Aim, launch, enjoy big explosion."
Created using a re-colored Cobra Trooper body from the 2007 25th Anniversary assortment, this Cobra grunt is exactly who you want to man the front lines of a Cobra offensive since they have the kind of firepower necessary to take down a mid-sized tank all by themselves. Armed with a rocket propelled grenade, a pistol, and a knife, this shoot first/think later trooper is G.I. Joe's worst nightmare on the battlefield. Figure also includes a helmet and stand. Absent from the vintage Hasbro G.I. Joe toy line but present in the vintage Marvel comic book series, this member of the Cobra legion is a welcomed addition much like the Cobra Para-Viper also offered in this wave.
