Hasbro: G.I. Joe - 25th Anniversary
Yo Joe!
Cobra Ninja Viper (Cobra Ninja)

Character Bio:
By Vince Zannelli

File Name: Various
Primary Military Specialty: Ninja
Secondary Military Specialty: Sabotage
Birthplace: Various
Bio: Recruited from the highest ranks of the COBRA VIPER corps, the COBRA NINJA VIPERS are the most elite representation of ruthlessness in COBRA. Only the most sinister and cunning individuals are selected for duty as COBRA NINJA VIPERS. They are no less than 10th level black belts in karate, jujitsu and kung fu. These villains are extremely obedient and always carry out their orders to the letter. They function as covert subversives who can "persuade" anyone to do their bidding by entrapping the person in one of their patented martial arts maneuvers. If given the opportunity, COBRA NINJA VIPERS could wreak enough havoc worldwide to seriously damage the G.I. Joe team's operations. "He who masters the art of self-discipline can crush any adversary, even the G.I. Joe team."

The Cobra Ninja Viper takes several pieces from earlier figures and assembles them in a teal green color reminiscent of the Cobra Viper mail-away figure available from Hasbro Direct in the late 1980s. Also a repaint of Storm Shadow, this modern rerelease of the vintage Hasbro Direct repaint includes Storm Shadow's head from the 25th Anniversary wave 1 '07 figure and the body of the '07 boxed 25th Anniversary Cobra five-pack, as well as Duke's arms (from the '07 25th Anniversary G.I. Joe five-pack). Accessories include a submachine gun, 2 swords, backpack with removable black rope (plastic), 2 pick axes connected with black string, a snap-on/stay-on climbing claw intended for the figure's forearm, and stand.
