The DC Comics Vertigo Death figure was designed to be the litmus test for a new platform that would produce larger, more detailed figures with limited points of articulation, and effectively create figures with the aesthetics of a high end collectible at the price point of a limited edition action figure. Death was offered up as a 2012 San Diego Comic Con exclusive and comes packed with a removable skull display base.
