Unknowingly born her generation's chosen one, Buffy Summers was initiated as the Slayer when she was just fifteen years old. After a run-in with the vampire lord in her hometown of Los Angeles, Buffy moved to Sunnydale, California, where she became guardian of the Hellmouth, destroying any supernatural baddies who threatened to pass through the gates of hell and wreak havoc on humanity. Intent on enjoying her teen years, the burden of being the chosen one wore on Buffy, but she soon realized her destiny and dutifully took up the mantle of saving the world as the Slayer.
Sideshow Collectibles’ Buffy The Vampire Slayer Maquette was officially announced on December 28th, 2009 as part of their 12 Days Of Sideshow. The preview page was published on January 7th, 2010. The pre-order went live on January 14th 2010, and the statue started shipping July 2010. |
