As TPTB's direct link to Angel, Cordelia suffered through countless, painful visions, which guided their team's efforts in saving innocent lives from villains like Wolfram & Hart, The Beast and Jasmine. Through her suffering, Cordelia became a changed woman. She learned how to open her heart to those in need, and transformed herself into a woman that fought for good - no matter the cost. Over the years, she lost many friends, fell in love with Angel, became a Higher Being, was possessed by evil, gave birth to a god, and eventually sacrificed her own life for the chance to set Angel back on his truth path of redemption. Through it all, she always retained her beauty, humor and unique, if not painful, gift for brutal honesty at all times. Cordelia Chase's legacy as a champion is one that lives on long after her beautiful smile disappeared from this world.
