Sideshow Collectibles: Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Lorne (The Host)

Comments: Green-skinned, with stylish red horns and always dressed to impress, Lorne is the host with the most that knows his way around a song like no other demon. As the owner of a demon Karaoke bar and sanctuary known as Caritas, Lorne was a key ally for Angel and his team in their early investigation days due to his ability to read auras when a subject sang. From just a few notes, Lorne could foresee their path and/or true intentions for good or evil. Many a time, Angel called on the demon for his help in gathering details on the case of the day or just to get some clarification on the whims of The Powers that Be.

But it wasn't until Angel, his team and Lorne were swept into a dimensional portal that plunked them into the demon's homeland of Pylea that his origins were finally explored. Known as Krevlorneswath of the Deathwok Clan to his people, Lorne was revealed to be a misfit among his humorless, warrior brethren. After a bizarre and surreal adventure in Pylea that bonded him to the team, Lorne returned to Los Angeles a full member of Angel Investigations. He still ran Caritas until it was destroyed, and when Angel took over Wolfram & Hart, Lorne became head of the evil law firm's entertainment division. Whether he was singing in Vegas, cracking a hilarious double entendre at Angel's expense or just taking care of a fallen friend, Lorne was the sweet soul that provided some much needed levity and heart when the fight against evil was at its darkest.
