Mattel Q&A Session: The Answers

As part of Mattel's bi-weekly Q&A session, Cool Toy Review passed on 3 of your burning questions and now we've got the answers for you.
Cool Toy Review: Distribution seems to be the biggest challenge for almost all of Mattel's DC lines. Has there been any steps towards fixing this problem? Other than complain on forums, what can we as collectors do to help get the product into stores?
Mattel: We?re always working to get more product to the fans and you?ll see even more of it on MattyCollector.com!
Cool Toy Review: By the time the answers come back for this session, the DCUC fan poll will have been completed. When can we find out the winner?
Mattel: It is announced in Toy Fare 148 on sale now! Note: The winner was Raven.
Cool Toy Review: Are there any plans for a 200X figure (ie. Count Marzo, Chief Carnivus, Callix) in a regular monthly MOTUC slot for 2010?
Mattel: Yes, we would like to get to these characters, but keep in mind they will be in the style of the ?Classics? line.
Cool Toy Review: Any chance we will see protective clamshell cases sold soon for Master of the Universe Classics for the MOC collectors?
Mattel: Nothing is planned at this time.
Cool Toy Review: At SDCC '09, the 6" Peter Venkman figure of the Ghostbusters line was shown in the panel slideshow to be slimed, but the sample shown at the booth was unslimed. Is it safe to say that Dr. Venkman will be released unslimed first? (I would prefer the unslimed version anyway.)
Mattel: Peter will have a 6? slimed figure (with new arms and legs as well) in Spring and a 12? unslimed figure in Spring as well. An unslimed 6? Peter will come out later down the line.
