Playmates has at least four figures lined up based on the current IDW published comic book series. We hear they are producing the main characters Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo. Time will tell if we get any of the supporting cast or villains in this collection.
   
The Nickelodeon Animation Studio Line
This collection is more in line with the original action figure collection that made Playmates one of the most popular brands of the '90's. While all four Turtles have been showcased in larger images, a closer look at the other images reveal April O'Neil, Spinter, Kraang, Shredder, and a couple of Foot Soldiers. There will also be a larger scale of figures with sounds. Collectors can expect many figures and vehicles packed with action features and gadgets. This time around, Playmates is offering the best environment-based play set we've ever seen, save Hasbro' Big Millennium Falcon. In addition, they will be offering five role play sets including one mask & weapons set for each Turtle and Leonardo's stealth Sword, which will light up and have sound effects.
