Shooting Sideshow's SDCC booth is a project best split over many visits, and this year is no different than any other. For our first visit we shot primarily all the Star Wars stuff on display (which you can find on Rebelscum of course) but we also went at the other 1/6 scale stuff on display...

DC COMICS
At first glance these may look like the same figures we saw last year, but they are improved versions in every way. Notably, the body buck for the Batman figure is completely reworked and features a redesigned articulation system. The Joker figure is at least 90% production.

G.I. JOE: A REAL AMERICAN HERO
There were only four Joe figures displayed but that was all we needed! The Baroness and Cobra Commander: Dictator figures have already gone up for pre-order, so you've already had a good look at them. The Destro and Storm Shadow: Assassin figures on the other hand... Let's put it this way, if you were ever thinking about dropping this line, these two figures will have you rethinking that misguided notion! Eagle eye viewers might notice that Storm Shadow has his tattoo this time out.

VIDEO GAME FIGURES
Nope, you aren't looking at a Hot Toys or ThreeA armoured figure. The Starcraft 2 Raynor figure is Sideshow's most ambitious 1/6 scale figure to date, and it it stunning! If you play the game you know what we are talking about. This figure has well over 200 parts including multiple points of articulation and functioning pistons! Not quite as elaborate, the Uncharted Natan Drake figure is pretty damn cool too!
