Toy Fair 2013: The Playmobil Showroom
Published by AnthonyP on February 18, 2013 at 05:10 PM CST |

Let's start off with the most popular theme for 2013; Western and there was no shortage of awesome Western toys on display within the Playmobil showroom. Ride into the Wild West with the super-cool Western Fort, which includes Soldiers, Native Americans, prison with breakthrough rock, collapsing tower, arrows, and a hidden door used to enter the fort without detection.

Right outside the neat Western Fort was the Horse-Drawn Carriage with Cavalry Rider, which includes four projectiles!

Also on display pertaining to the Western theme was the Western Goldmine play set, which includes an exploding case, falling rocks, and a working lantern with batteries included.

Finally, we'll move along to the Native American Camp with Totem Pole play set (which was really cool by the way). Including five arrows, a tent, and a bonfire, this set is sure to be a hit with kids and collectors alike.

Let's move long to the next big thing that was on display; the Welcome to the Large Horse Farm play set, which was massive! Targeted at a 5-10 year-old audience, this set includes a large farm house, horses, and stables for the horses.

And to conclude the Playmobil showroom, we'll leave you with a personal favorite of our, the blind-packaged figures. From astronauts, to pirates and wizards, who will you get from these mysteriously packaged bags?

Be sure to check out our Playmobile Gallery to see what Playmobil had on display during the 2013 International Toy Fair!
