Weta will be offering two exclusives based on the upcoming feature film The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. Collectors attending Comic-Con will want to stop by their booth to grab the Thorin Oakenshield with shield 1:6 scale polystone statue for $249. It will have an edition size split between SDCC (500 pieces) and Ring.Con in Germany (200 pieces). There will be a general release version of this statue without the shield released in October. In addition, they will be offering an art print titled "An Unexpected Journey" by Weta Workshop Conceptual Designer Gus Hunter. There will be 100 signed copies available for $60 and 400 unsigned copies for $50. Additional copies of the print will be made available in October.
