As part of Hasbro's bi-monthly Q&A session, Cool Toy Review passed on 3 of your burning questions and now we've got the answers for you.


Cool Toy Review: With the movie line willing to produce larger scale vehicles (i.e. night raven & The PITT), will this mean that the Classics (25th anniversary) line will also get the same treatment?

Hasbro: It is more likely that you will see brand new vehicles and playsets than seeing 80's large vehicles and playsets revisited.

Cool Toy Review: While it was understood that Toy Fair would be focusing on the movie line, it would be reassuring to some fan's minds if you could answer exactly what product we can expect to see (and therefore know to keep an eye out for to buy ) come out from now until the movie line hits in July? (Singles, comic packs, vehicles, etc.)

Hasbro: The Resolute Comics (Destro and Tunnel Rat) and Singles with Resolute Duke, Cobra Commander, and Trooper are likely the last of the classic waves. But there will be many new figures coming out for movie.

Cool Toy Review: Fans were very happy to find that the fifth wave of vehicles has been solicited online. (Flak, Stinger, etc.) However I have seen some confusion in the forums that I was hoping you could clarify: will this wave only be available online, and will the drivers differ in deco/accessories from the announced 7-packs? Any additional info you could give on the new 7-packs would be most appreciated. Suggested retail price, approximate release date, accessories included, pics with gear, etc?

Hasbro: The new 7-packs will begin pre-sale soon and more timing and pricing information will be available then. The new vehicles will most likely make it to retailers, but are definitely available online before movie.
