Cool Toy Review: Why is the fantastic retool of the Voyager Fallen from ROTF blue?

Hasbro: This deco was inspired by a specific scene in Revenge of the Fallen. Our objective was to try and make The Fallen's "skin" appear almost metallic beetle like. So the lighter blue was to help pop the design so that it was not "too" dark and balance this off with the midnight blue/purple color.

Cool Toy Review: Can we please get some information about Human Alliance Mudflap's distribution - will be rereleased in HftD packaging, if any will get sent to stores like Ross or Marshall's...anything?
