THE KOTOBUKIYA COLLECTION ? MARVEL STUDIOS
IRON MAN MOVIE MARK II FINE ART STATUE

A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! Following up on the instant sell-out of the first Iron Man Fine Art Statue comes the IRON MAN MOVIE MARK II FINE ART STATUE. The Iron Man phenomena has continued to grow since the blockbuster hit theaters with the recent DVD release, thanks to Robert Downey Jr.?s portrayal of the Marvel Comics superhero and the incredible special effects.

The Mark II armor was the first high-tech armor suit created by billionaire industrialist Tony Stark upon his return to the states. The version of this suit seen in the film was designed by comic artist Adi Granov and created by Stan Winston Studios; the Fine Art Statue is an amazing reproduction of that design, including the multiple rivets and screws.

Sculpted by Kouei Matsumoto, the Iron Man stands nearly 13 inches tall (1/6th scale), and features metallic silver paint over cold cast porcelain construction. The Mark II features multiple LED lights: eyes, Repulsor Ray palms, and the Unibeam on his chest ? each which glows with a cool blue hue. Iron Man stands confidently atop an ornamented base in the shape of his chest symbol, and sculpted with the Iron Man film logo. Each statue is individually numbered on the bottom of the base as part of a Limited Edition of 3000 pieces. An amazing statue on its own, the Mark II is also a perfect companion piece to the original red-and-gold Iron Man Mark III armor!

FANTASTIC FOUR: RISE OF THE SILVER SURFER
SILVER SURFER FINE ART BUST

A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! From FANTASTIC FOUR: RISE OF THE SILVER SURFER comes the title character SILVER SURFER, one of the most popular classic Marvel Comics superheroes. In 1/6th scale with all of the other Fine Art Busts in The Kotobukiya Collection, the ?Sentinel of the Spaceways? measures 9 inches tall.

Entering into a devil?s bargain with Galactus in order to spare his own world, Norrin Radd would become the devourer?s herald searching out planets for his master to destroy. In the film, the Surfer scouts the Earth, running afoul of Fantastic Four and the villainous Dr. Doom, yet repents and fights for Earth, battling Galactus himself!

Sculpted by Seijiro Manabe, Silver Surfer leans forward, clutching his cosmic surfboard with his right hand, his left outstretched for balance. The hero?s skin is smooth metallic silver, exactly recreating his appearance in the blockbuster film. Surfer rests atop a deluxe marquee-style base with the FF2 movie logo that actually lights up! Furthermore, each bust in this Limited Edition has a hand etched serial number on the back of the base.

MARVEL COMICS PRESENTS: THE KOTOBUKIYA COLLECTION
CAPTAIN AMERICA: NEW CAPTAIN AMERICA FINE ART STATUE

A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! Steve Rogers served his country for decades as Captain America, one of the true legends in Marvel Comics lore. When Cap was tragically killed in the aftermath of The Civil War, one man had the courage to stand up and take on the mantle of his mentor: none other than James Buchanan Barnes - once Rogers? sidekick Bucky and more recently the operative known as The Winter Soldier. With Iron Man?s help he has become the NEW CAPTAIN AMERICA, a hero for a new generation!

Like his previous incarnation in the Winter Soldier Fine Art Statue, the New Captain America is dynamically posed flying through the air, crashing into three Hydra troopers. Also sculpted by Junnosuke Abe the modern American hero is outfitted in his current costume, blending the traditional with the new. The classic red, white, and blue are offset by the new black bodysuit, complete with utility belt, combat knife, and pistol! Of course, he is clutching Rogers? original iconic shield. The hero?s face is a grimace of anger and determination as he dispenses his own brand of justice.

Standing 13 inches tall, the New Captain America has the same high-quality cold cast porcelain construction that all of The Kotobukiya Collection shares, and is a limited, numbered edition. His base forms the other half of the Captain America shield symbol, matching up with the Winter Soldier Fine Art Statue?s so the two heroes can fight back to back in a stunning diorama scene!

X-MEN CLASSIC CHAPTER: KITTY PRYDE FINE ART BUST

A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! A long-standing member of the X-Men, KATHERINE ?KITTY? PRYDE was one of the youngest ever to join. Gifted with the power of phasing, the young mutant can pass through solid matter. In addition to her natural born abilities, Kitty travelled to Japan where she fell prey to possession by the demon Ogun, who passed to her a lifetime of martial arts training, in one of her character?s defining story arcs.

Like the other members of the X-Men Classic Chapter, Kitty Pryde wears her traditional bright yellow and black X-Men uniform from the 1980s. She stands seductively relaxed, holding Ogun?s Hannya Mask in front of her and real metal katana sword behind. The pretty young woman?s long hair flows down over her shoulders, and her piercing green eyes seem to glow with intelligence.

Sculpted by Yu Ishii, Kitty Pryde stands over 9 inches tall. Like the other limited edition Fine Art Busts she is crafted in cold cast porcelain and is individually serial-numbered on her reversible base, with her nameplate on one side and a relief sculpture of her civilian face on the other.
