According to a report from The Hollywood Reporter Fox and Warner Bros. have resolved their differences and will be requesting the court case be dismissed. In a nutshell, the two studios have negotiated a price paid up front combined with a percentage of the film's take. Fox will not be involved in the distribution of The Watchmen.
