Gambit - X-Men '97 - Art Scale 1/10

Remy LeBeau is a mutant from New Orleans that was trained to be the leader of the Thieves Guild. Banned from his clan, at some point he joined the X-Men using the codename Gambit and, while acting as part of the team, he became a valuable member. Remy soon fell in love with his X-Men companion, Rogue, and the feeling was mutual. Gambit has the ability to imbue objects with explosive charges of kinetic energy that his body produces from inorganic matter. He usually does that with deck cards because he can easily store and throw them. With his extendable Bō staff, he uses a combat technique that combines Savate and Bōjutsu. He can also kinetically charge the staff to make it stronger. He is holding his staff in his right hand, while flaunts an energized card in his left hand.

Rogue - X-Men '97 - Art Scale 1/10

When Rogue was 13 years old, she put her first boyfriend Cody into a coma when her powers manifested during her first kiss. With the mutant power of absorbing the life force and psyche of others through skin-to-skin touches, her father disowned her, and she ran away from home, getting rescued by the shapeshifter mutant Mystique in disguise. Seeing her as her mother, Mystique raised Rogue and taught her how to use her powers for stealing for years. Rogue joined the Brotherhood of Mutants and, to broaden her powers, Mystique prepared a trap to the original Miss Marvel superhero. During the theft of a jet aircraft in a military base, Miss Marvel and Rogue fought, and since Rogue held and touched her for so long, she acquired enhanced reflexes, flight, invulnerability, and superhuman strength, after permanently stealing Miss Marvel’s powers, putting the hero into a coma. She also absorbed Miss Marvel’s personality and almost went crazy. Rogue ran from Mystique and was found by Professor X who felt her anguish and despair. She then got better and became Charles Xavier’s student, joining and X-Men where she fell in love with Gambit.

With the premiere scheduled to March 20th, 2024, X-Men '97 is a new animated series that is a sequel to the 1992 show “X-Men: The Animated Series”, continuing the plot from where the original series ended. After the loss of their leader Professor X, Storm and Wolverine try to continue the X-Men. Magneto arrives and wishes to replace Charles Xavier and Mr. Sinister returns to try to end the X-Men once and for all. Produced by Marvel Studios Animation for streaming service Disney+, the show’s animation was updated in relation to the original series to use a more sophisticated modern technology, presenting modernized designs. The theme song is similar to the one from the original show, but was credited to Haim Saban and Shuki Levy, musical producers from X-Men: The Animated Series. X-Men '97 will be the first project entirely produced by Marvel Studios that is not part of the MCU. The series is also the first X-Men project by Marvel Studios since they got back the movie and TV rights for the characters, and Eric Lewald described the show as an extension of the original series created by the Marvel Studios team.

Already available for Pre-Order worldwide, perfectly simulating the looks from the new animated cartoon X-Men '97, Iron Studios present this new collection that promises to conquer the hearts both of collectors and veteran fans from the 90s, and fans from past and recent generations that were captivated by the first series and are looking forward for its sequel.
